A man named Tomas Ramirez has been mooning his way through many metro Detroit area neighborhoods. His mode of operation is to wheel around neighborhoods in his stolen wheelchair and when unsuspecting victims get closer he flips around in the chair zooming past with his pants down...occasionally also passing gas as he flies by. This man needs to be stopped as many have been traumatized by the sight of his large brown butt. Please make our streets safe again and bring this mooner to justice!!
