Reece Golden aged 14 was arrested on Monday 31st October due to vandalising neighbours pumpkins at around 8pm. However the 14 year old explained to the metropolitan police that he was smashing them because he was in anger as his mother didn't let him have a vape pen.
On the other hand reece then said sorry to fellow neighbours the following day once released from the station.
