A 17 year old boy was reported luring young children into local bush lands wearing nothing but speedos and a gag ball in his mouth he was spotted buy a group of local mums when he approached them asking for there kid. 'I don't know what he was doing but he looked like he was out of some bondage scene it was horrific'.
The 17 year old will face juvenile court on Thursday to be charged.
