A man from leyland wanted in connection with a public order offence has been named today.
Michael Jackson,32, was arrested today after a large scale police operation.
Witnesses had seen Jackson acting peculiar on the number 172 bus to bamber bridge. During the journey a elderly lady vacated her seat on the bus. Jackson was said to be "like a rat up a drainpipe" and began intently sniffing the seat and touching himself inappropriately.
Witnesses also mentioned that the offender had a "freakishly long neck" and beady eyes. This information eventually led police to the door of Jackson.
He will appear before a magistrate next week.
