A local man has been arrested for vandalising everything he sees with monster stickers James piper (pictured left) was arrested early hours of Tuesday morning after he tried to stick a monster sticker to the forehead of a 78 year old lady. His friends describe him as "obsessed" they say he sticks them on everything he comes across even his refrigerator us covered in them to the extent that you can barely see the door. James piper known as "piper" or "rusty nuts" or "carrot cock" is currently being tested for OMD (obsessive monster dickhead) and has now been released from custody, however he has to attend a monster rehabilitation program and serve 100 hours of community service
