The man who has now been named as Dean Nicklin was very drunk after he had drank roughly around 23 cans off skoll and the odd 1 or 2 special brews. He's behaviour was far from acceptable as we believe he was acting extremely inappropriate towards the public. One off the numerous incidents he was chasing young teenage boys around for atleast are good 10 to 15 minutes on bowlee! Police now have him in custody and are deciding weather this man is safe to be on the streets not only because off his behaviour he is also known to be a connection to Jonny Riley a well known character related to dean himself
