Ross Allen, aged 20, from the brandlesholme area of bury has this evening been arrested for harassing young girls in the bury area and attempting to lure them into his 'ultra starlight blue' BMW 1 series coupe. Reports suggest these malicious attacks began before the young offender was even old enough to drive and it has continued even more affluently throughout his later work career at ISM recycling.
GMP Police have yet to comment on the matter but a statement will be available in the coming days.
