Simon Black, aged 16 (pictured above) still uses a scart lead to power his PlayStation 4. Sources say the scart lead is a hand-me down from previous family members. The Police are currently ongoing an investigation as to whether this is a crime or not. Simon will appear in court on the 16th December 2016.
