Oakton, VA (AP) -- Edgehill, the large estate in Oakton, Virginia, has been completed by Dominion Associates, Inc. and will be featured in Architectural Digest's January 2017 issue.

"Completing Edgehill was a challenge, because the owners really wanted to take their time and draw out the process, whereas I wanted to get it finished as soon as possible," said Larry Brown, partner at Dominion Associates, Inc. and head superintendent of the project. "I also tried as much as possible to keep the expenses down and save the owners money wherever I could, even as they seemed to want to just spend more," he added.

Edgehill sits on 1 acres in posh Oakton's desirable Fox Lake neighborhood. The home features approximately 20,000 square feet, including parking for more than 13 cars, 2 elevators, 17 bathrooms, 13 fireplaces, and magnificent public and private rooms throughout. The home has been updated and still reflects its heritage as a replica of the spectacular 18th Century Carters Grove Plantation near Williamsburg, Virginia.

Landscaping work was done by Fine Landscapes, LTD of Great Falls, Virginia, and the pool was built by Town & Country Pools of Springfield, Virginia.

Visitors are invited to stop anytime, as the property is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are no restrictions on parking and feel free to make yourself at home.

"It's only money," commented one of the neighbors. Gotcha ;)
