Police are urging anyone who crosses paths with this man to, avoid him, and contact the police immediately, via 999.
James Katchi, 25, has been known to have slept with a "friend's", sister whilst under the influence of alcohol.
The incident took place around 10th July, 00:45AM. James, allegedly sorted out to get his friend so drunk he would pass out, that way he and the, "friend's" sister could have sex in the next room.
James has previous convictions of the same nature and is considered to be untrustworthy around; friends' ex partners, current partners and desperate women.
