Mr Rafter was caught on cctv in the early hours of Saturday 28th October performing sexual activities with two stray dogs behind the shoulder of mutton pub located at shiney row. Police and the RSPCA are investigating the cctv images and will so come to a conclusion of why and if Mr Rafter did perform in these disgusting sexual activities.
