Mexico man Frank Bombardo charged with breaking into houses and tickling their buttholes. He didn't take a thing except their morals. Bombardos court date is November 13th in the town of Mexico, the victims say "I woke up to this guy tickling my turd cutter and aggressively jerking off" Bombardo owes the family $700 for dropping his kids on their new carpet.
