Gardai in Killarney are warning the public to be on the lookout for this man, known only as "Gadge" for his many crimes against driving and in particular, parking.
A Garda spokesperson said in an emergency press conference this afternoon "We need to put a stop to this individual at once. You can't just park in disabled parking spaces whenever you feel like it! Jesus you can't be doin dat lads!"
The public are urged not to approach this man as he "has a bit of a mouth on him"
