Niall Brady, 17, from Corofin near Tuam in Co.Galway has today been fined €1500 by Judge Kieran Faggerty in a high-court case that endured into the early hours of Thursday morning. The justice found Mr.Brady guilty of first hand piracy and ordered a fine of €1500 to be paid by the end of the week. Mr. Brady wore a green Kappa hoodie tightened around his face when leaving court this morning in an effort to avoid the press.
