Aylesbury local Jordan Ferry has made world news after donating his liver to a young boy for a life saving operation at Stoke Mandeville hospital last Monday.
"I guess he needs it more than me" said Jordan when asked what enticed him to commit such a generous act.
The young boy was released from hospital yesterday with his new liver, he did however complain of cravings for rich red wine.
Not all heroes wear capes. Good on you Jordan.
