Paul Hutchinson 48 of chaddesden derby has been charged with theft of o.a.p Doris winter bottom 78 underwear. The local window cleaner and odd job man was caught exiting Doris garden with her undergarments by her next door neighbour who had noticed Paul peaking through his neighbours windows without even cleaning them. A substantial amount of dirty and clean knickers were later found hidden under his bed. Paul refused to comment and has been bailed pending further enquiries.
