A council employee has won the national council Manky Van of the yea award 2016.
Colin Robertson Who drives ST13 or Stacy as she is also known,has won the award for keeping his van in a constant state of looking like crap and full of crap.
Colin said a dirty van is a busy van,something his bosses don't agree with, but after winning this award I'm sure they'll change there minds,
Fleet services spokesman said now colin has won this award, he said he is going to go for the next award, the cleanest van in the fleet award.
