Police responded to the Dollar General in greencastle off route 11 Nov 4, Friday night around 8pm. Employees of the store said they saw a short stalky man of Mexican decent enter the store and head straight back to the women's underwear section where he then shoved numerous packages of "Hanes" women underwear into the front of his pants then immediately exited the store. After an employee recognized him and they looked through camera recordings at the store, police are sure the suspect is Jesse D. Villarreal. If anyone has information about his where abouts, please contact your local police station.
