Jamie Fairbanks, 15, a local Fleetwood boy was arrested and taken im custody by the police on the 3/11/16, after Fairbanks had been caught on CCTV pushing all sorts of packaged foods up his bottom. Fairbanks later claimed that the stock he had taken from CostCutter down shakespear road, was not for him to eat but, was purely for enjoyment.
