There have been reports that Ben Higham, aged 13, has been stealing from local stores, and the items he steals, he sells them. When asked about this, he responded; "I needed to pay off my tick, so I had to start stealing and selling."
Eye witnesses claim that Higham offered them 'to get on a fat spliff' and when they declined, he would start hurling abuse towards them.
Higham is serving up to 3 months in prison, but jail time COULD increase.
