Danny Hayes of London, Kentucky was arrested late Friday evening after he was seen wearing a childs Halloween costume in Walmart.
It is believed this is all part of a heist that will lead to a much deeper investigation.
Danny is being lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center without bond. HIS arraignment is scheduled for Monday at 8 am.
