After a night that Quality diner(a restaurant in Clacton-on-sea) was shut down, what seems to be a teenager, sneaking into this restaurant and robbing them for all there food, especially the big melts, witness states that this teenager looked like he had just came back from gym after not going for 3 weeks, witness also states he had a massive nose.
