A SERIAL Bradford shoplifter, named locally as Paul's Nan, is behind bars after breaching a court order.
Pauls Nan, 73, of Wolston Close, Bradford, was sent to prison for 16 weeks at Bradford Magistrates Court today after pleading guilty to breaching a three-year Criminal Behaviour Order.
Ms Paul's Nan who was made a subject of the order in April, was arrested after she was seen at three shops his order prohibited him from entering.
She was charged with breaching the order and two counts of shoplifting.
Criminal Behaviour Orders were introduced last year under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act, and are used specifically to deal with repeat anti-social behaviour offenders when they are convicted.
