Rich Charnock, 16 was arrested in st Austell , Cornwall for drink 'riding' around the local town whilst shouting aggressively "I'm captain jack sparrow mate" whilst waving a bottle of rum in his left hand.
Local police has evidence of cctv to back it up in court. This will be held at Truro crown court at 16th December 9:00 AM.
