Great news for those looking to improve their culinary skills! Current student, Cameron Lydon, has taken a whole new approach to the way we look at college cooking clubs.
"I wanted to give it a more 'hands-on' feel, you know? And have a space where students could learn the art and lifestyle of home-style cooking in a safe way."
The Home-style Cooking Club has already opened its doors. However, it is noted that the club only covers appreciation, preparation, and history of cuisine considered "home-style."
"Growing up in a household where we only really ate inside at the dinner table, you could imagine why I'd be eager to start a club focused on just that."
