On Saturday night it was reported that a woman was the cause of a drunken accident involving a motorbike and an elderly woman. The woman known commonly Annemarrie Malone, was at a birthday party and walked out onto the road causing an Oncoming motorbike to swerve and collide with an elderly woman, causing her to be thrown across the pavement. Both the driver and the woman are in a stable condition in hospital. The PSNI are currently trying to contact the woman in order to press charges requested by both the elderly woman and cyclists families. We will report more on the story as it develops.
