Locals in the pitt park area of East Belfast have put a name to the recent happenings in the area, . Raymond Algie, 26, from the convention court area of Pitt park is said to be the man responsible. Previously a pupil of Ashfield Boys' High School and having lived in the area his whole life, he is said to have been seen looking through people's windows late at night. People are surprised by this with a 30 year old man describing it as "sickening". Others have said that they never expected this from this prepetrator due to having a seemlingly quiet nature. He hasn't be seen by family and friends for a few days and he's thought to be hiding from local gangs who have made it known if he is seen in the area action will be taken.
