Kelvin Hampton of 735 w. 63rd street Davenport, ia is under investigation for the SECOND time. Detectives Jones and Avery of the Davenport Police Department announced that even though Mr. Hampton is still not clear of the first charge they will still treat this new case accordingly respectfully. When asked to make comment Mr. Hampton ran and got into vehicle screaming, "735 GO ALL THE WAY LIVE". Three witnesses have came foward with new evidence so far.
