Bangor train worker stephen kennedy is entering a strongman competition in the wider north area at the end of november.this is stephens fourth competition but is set to be his best to date.stephen regulary lifts big heavy big things but insists "its all in yer diet like' . Eating 4 jumbo sausage rolls upon waking in the mornin he washes this down with 6 or 7 milky coffees (with 6 sugars in each) he then involves himselves with at least 4 pastries and 5 more coffees, 20 fegs. This protein filled diet reeks havok with stephens bowels.....a major concern to his co.workers...but he says this is a small price to pay when he lifts a trophy in november.......best of luck stephen
