Paul Putnam was arrested after trying to evade law enforcement in Des Moines, IA late Wednesday night. Initial reports were that Paul sexually assaulted a woman in the midtown grocery. She stated "he just walked up and grabbed me by the pussy!" Paul was questioned by law enforcement after a leading chase through most of the inner midtown Des Moines area, put his statement was the following: "I thought I was acting on orders from the Trump guy, you know the President now?"
