Sam Riches, 23, mostly known around the South Shields area, has been arrested for numerous accounts of assault in Roxannes. Police have been on a 48 hour search trying to find the criminal after he was caught on CCTV smacking people outside Roxannes with a dirty kebab wrap shouting "Kebabs before abs" then dissappearing into the cold night.
