He is a male white with brown hair and brown eyes 5'10 approximately 160lbs

Mr. Barnard is wanted on charges for trafficking 500lbs of raw dog testicles from Maple Ridge, BC to Calgary, AB aswell as improper management of an illegal testicle sale factory.
