A suburban Uber driver is accused of picking up passengers and while striking up a causal conversation distract each one with a question. Mr. Ocasio will slip his hands through the back of his seats and reach down and untie their laces and slip them through the loops. One woman said she would have never known until his hands brushed against her legs. Niles police department has issued a warning to the neighboring areas as well a low priority warrant for Mr. Ocasio
