Ciggarettes are to be banned effectively December 3rd 2016 due to young adults starting smoking at a very young age and it's killing our children and young adults causes cancer,heart disease and emphysema so all tobbacco company's are being shut down and if a person or persons are to gather up tobbacco and tubes or cartons of ciggarettes and sell them after the date of December third it's a class a felony and $2000 fine
