Chantagne was spotted early hours in the morning Saturday around 3:45am out side one of Plymouths popular clubs Jesters.
The young girl was with two boys and one girl at the time outside,cctv have caught a footage of chantagne insulting a taxi driver and trying to damage the passenger side of the taxi.
The footage also shows her friends pulling her away back into the club at 3:52am, around 3:59am the cctv footage shows her friends coming back out of the club without chantagne going up to the taxi and talking.
We are aware of what we have seen and action will be taken further.
