Ryan Kelley of Galesburg, IL has been found guilty of starving and sexually abusing over 200 cats. Galesburg Police Department said During Kelleys arrest he said, "Yeah, so what I fucked my cats, my favorite one is Gilbert. That's some good pussy." Kelley was sentenced to 20 days in galesburg prison.
