An Arkansas man who will remain unidentified has been caught in the act. The incident occurred late Friday evening at an undisclosed location authorities say. While no one was injured during the indecent, witnesses say it was a sight to see while rescue teams worked diligently in an effort to free the man from his uncomfortable situation.
