In local news today window cleaner matt bell is celebrating his greatest accomplishment to date. The inside out proprietor is today just out. In a statement earlier today he said "coming out is the best thing ive ever done. I only wish I had done it years ago. To think of all the boy fun ive been missing out on!!"
