Approximately at 6pm on 11/3/2016 social media Latoya Hughes known for Best weaves and quality hair was caught stealing out of Richmond mall. She was approached by the Security guard by the door Mrs Hughes pepper spray the Security guard and left the scene. She was seen getting into a black 2015 dodger license plats read (hairbytoya). As she was leaving the parking lot she backed into the security guard leaving him with minor injuries! We have witnessed saying she was heading towards highway 7 towards home to sale more hair!!!!l if you know Mrs Hughes where about please contact the HBT @5108153943 Charges are pending with no bond.
