Sonny Sinnerard, 22, of Burleigh, was indicted for possession of 9 and a half ounces of heroin, distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), and distribution of a CDS within 1,000 feet of a school and 500 feet of public property and possession of an illegal firearm.The charges stem from a December 1st incident in Bucks County.
