Kirbi Washington also known as "Kirbs" is wanted in connection with a string of chicken thefts at various Popeyes,Kfc, and Hooters in the Northwest Indiana area. 7 chicken locations have been robbed at Fork point over the last 2 weeks. One of Hooter girls we interviewed described Kirbs as a "mean hungry ass black nigger"
Police urge local chicken restaurant workers to not try and apprehend Kirbs by themselves. Officer O Callahan spoke in detail this morning. His advice was simple "If you see her hungry ass throw her a few wings and run"
