The charges are from a 3 minute investigation that led officials to believe Mr. Hall had a brain. After Forensic analyses was completed, the report on file says no traces of a brain was found. However, they discovered massive amounts of weird behavior that has been identified as mentally unstable. Friends closes to the accused state that he is all taters and no meat and never taken serious. They feed him crackers and give him bottled water to keep him calm. Further investigation is underway because of a strange odor coming from his underoo's drawer. He is also being questioned as to why he believes he can actually shoot a compound bow.
