Chicago man under investigation for defouling of a rare Bird

Authorities were called to The Lincoln Park Zoo about complaints of a man allegedly running around nude taunting various zoo animals. When police arrived they spotted 44 year old, convicted Pediphile, Kevin Maxcele Dobbins, of the Far south side of Chicago. Police reports allege Mr Dobbins was acting erratically and was communicating effectively with one of the monkeys. Kevin was taken into police custody and was let out the next day. A month later, police were notified by zoo officials that a Rare Ostrich named Sally had become pregnant and they were concerned because there were no males in the zoo at the time. DNA proved that a human played a role in the pregnancy. Animal rights activist were on the scene and were understandably, very upset. If convicted, Mr Dobbins will most likely face jail time and only be allowed to see his daughter under close supervision. Kevin had no attorney at the time of publication.
