A local woman from altoona is wanted for kidnaping local animals. Bobbi Callahan of the 1000 block of 3 Ave Altoona. Is wanted by Altoona police in connection with over 20 missing animals. When police went to her home to speak with her they found her in her living room on the floor. with what she calls her babies and refused to give them up to police. More as it becomes available.
