Two teenage boys by the rap name of Lil Mil and Bmb Carter were arrested yesterday night for a Homicide. Witnesses says that they seen Lil Mil and Bmb Carter walking down Allied. They say that Lil Mil fired six shots at a rival gang "FG" otherwise "Fella Gang". Twenty minutes later they found "Chulo" laying dead in the street with 3 bullets in the head. Police are now wandering through Balsam and Post Rd for more "Ttg" & "Bmb" members.
