An Essex boss is blaming the fallout from Brexit for the price of nails going up by a whopping 25 percent.
Pre-Brexit, the unnamed boss bought in bulk from the likes of France, Germany and Spain, but has now been forced to use "English only nails, locally sourced from Anglia", according to a member of his Generic Sales Team, a ginger man with beady eyes.
"We used to sell French nails, but since leaving Europe it's all changed", he went on to say, before being sacked.
