Dana E. Joiner 62 of Quincy has been named person of interest in the Friday robbery of the Mercantile Bank. Police say he went in to cash his check and demanded the all tellers empty their drawers in a bag or he would blow up entire bank. One cashier thought he was joking since he has banked there for years. Police also say he should not be approached and considered armed and dangerous.
