A woman in a stolen wheelchair was charged with public intoxication after police said she was trying to grab onto passing cars in Bristol County Saturday, state police in Massachusetts said.
Stephanie Boulter-Bean of Taunton, pleaded guilty to a summary public intoxication charge, police said.
Boulter-Bean was "on the roadway highly intoxicated" when the incident occurred around 10:46 p.m. in the first block of Broadway and East Brittania st in Taunton MA police said.
When asked why she did it Mrs Boulter-Bean said, "Smoke weed everyday"
