Around 7:30 pm khasilen riley was hanging with a group of friends at tyrone square mall once they left and tried to cross the street his friends made it across the road but khasilen did not. One of the witnesses stated they saw a guy with dreds in the air and suddenly hit the grown with a fatal bash of pavement to the head . His friend tommy and victor tried to get the license plate of the car but it pulled off quickly as possible.
