In late December 2016 high profile government documents were signed to authorize an unprecedented, and very scary experimental anarchy test within the general population all across America.
The document was just located February 25th 2017 and there isn't enough time now to reverse the authorization of this high profile, top secret document.
Long story made short, all forms of authority, including all local police and all federal law enforcement agencies will cease to operate for three continuous days simply to see how the general populace will conduct themselves.
All law enforcement will be shut down for February 29, 30, and 31 in 2017.
It is speculated that there will not be much problem with this since it is a Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. It is also speculated that nobody will even notice the lack of any law enforcement for just them three days.
